The location was perfect, close to gorgeous beaches and attractions. The on-site facilities were great, with a pub/restaurant, kids park, pool, and convenience shop. It felt very relaxing and chilled out. a wonderful experience for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature.
Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at the caravan. It was impeccably clean and provided all the comforts of home. the spacious and tastefully decorated interior made us feel instantly comfortable. Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed a lovely walk to St Mary's Lighthouse, which added to the atmospheric charm of our holiday. Returning to the caravan after our outings, we were grateful for the hot showers and cozy evenings it offered. It truly felt like a heavenly place to unwind. We highly recommend this caravan for its exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Thank you for a memorable stay. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Our family of four, including two young children, had a fantastic two-night stay at 31 Elm Walk. the caravan was absolutely gorgeous - immaculately clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. the owners clearly take pride in creating a homely atmosphere with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches. the site itself was perfect for a relaxing break, with a great pub/restaurant offering happy hour specials, a fun kids park, pool, and a reasonably priced convenience shop. Being so close to Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, and the stunning beaches was a huge plus. We can't wait to return for another amazing stay. 10/10!
Nothing. It was perfect! 😊.

The entertainment at the site was not recommended and the arcade was small. the availability of towels was limited, which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a private owner caravan at Elm Walk and it was absolutely amazing. The quality of the caravan was exceptional and the cleanliness and comfort made me feel right at home. The owners clearly take pride in their property and it shows in the beautiful decor and thoughtful touches like hot water bottles and extra heaters. The park itself was also great, with a fun kids park, pool, and even an ice cream parlor. The location was perfect too, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. I highly recommend this caravan for a wonderful and relaxing break.
Although everything about my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there were only two small towels provided when I had expected more, which was a bit inconvenient.
